MLSC 101  Introduction to the Army  (1 Credit Hour)  
Pre-requisites: This course is open to all students  
MLSC 101 consists of both lecture and lab sections. Focuses on introduction to the Army and basic Soldier skills. Students receive an introduction to the Army Profession and examine what it means to be a professional in the U.S. Army.

Pre-requisites: This course is open to all students  
MLSC 201 consists of both lecture and lab sections. Focuses on leadership and ethics. Adds depth to the student's knowledge of the different leadership styles.
Student grounded in foundational leadership doctrine and skills, comprehends critical thinking, problem-solving, and value of diversity, understands the officer's role in leading change and the Army as a profession

MLSC 202  Army Doctrine and Decision Making  (2 Credit Hours)  
Pre-requisites: This course is open to all students  
MLSC 202 consists of both lecture and lab sections. Focuses on Army doctrine and decision making. Begins with analytical techniques, creative thinking skills and the Army problem solving process as related to situations faced by leaders when making decisions.

MLSC 250  Physical Readiness Training  (1 Credit Hour)  
This course is designed to develop the fitness capabilities of future Army officers. Students will be introduced to and become proficient in the physical components of muscular strength, muscular endurance, aerobic endurance, anaerobic endurance, and power.
Future Army officers ready to meet the physical demands of any duty or combat position, move lethally on the battlefield, accomplish the mission and continue to fight, win, and come home healthy

MLSC 301  Training Management and the Warfighting Functions  (3 Credit Hours)  
Pre-requisites: Restricted to ROTC students; MLSC 202 or departmental consent is required  
MLSC 301 consists of both lecture and lab sections. Focuses on training management and the warfighting functions. Student will study, practice, and apply the fundamentals of Training Management and how the Army operates through the Warfighting Functions.

MLSC 302  Applied Leadership in Small Unit Operations  (3 Credit Hours)  
Pre-requisites: Restricted to ROTC students; MLSC 301 or departmental consent is required  
MLSC 302 consists of both lecture and lab sections; focuses on applied leadership in small unit operations; analyze, test, and relate the fundamentals of direct level leadership and small unit tactics at the platoon level.
This course satisfies the Engaged Learning requirement.  
Student who possesses enhanced individual and collective skills, effectively leads formations in various scenarios, effective at receiving and giving peer evaluations, committed and disciplined ethically, academically, physically, and socially; Successful completion of this course will help prepare contracted Army ROTC students for the Cadet Summer Training Advance Camp, which students normally attend summer of junior year at Fort Knox, KY

MLSC 302 or departmental consent is required. MLSC 311 consists of both lecture and lab sections. Focuses on development of the Army Officer. Students will learn about Army programs that support counseling subordinates and evaluating performance, values and ethics, career planning, and legal responsibilities.

Pre-requisites: Restricted to ROTC students  
MLSC 311 or departmental consent is required. MLSC 312 consists of both lecture and lab sections. Develop knowledge, skills, and abilities required of junior officers pertaining to the Army in Multidomain Operations and Company Grade Officer roles and responsibilities.
Produces a leader of character possessing a professional identity, who thrives in operationally ambiguous environments and is a moral exemplar and skilled critical thinker, problem solver, and team builder; Successful completion of this course will assist in preparing contracted ROTC students for the Basic Officer Leadership Course-B and is a mandatory requirement for commissioning

MLSC 399  Military History - Independent Study  (3 Credit Hours)  
This is an online, independent study course and is open to all students. This course provides students with a historical perspective into decisions made by American military leaders; challenges encountered as an Army officer - battlefield complexity, resource limitations, teamwork deficiencies - circumstances that are faced on the contemporary operational environment and are required to make an informed decision.
Upon completing this course students will understand the history of the United States military, the decisions that have accompanied its changes and inevitably be a stronger and more decisive leader
